Return and Refund Policy

At History and Legends, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at historyandlegendsuk@gmail.com.

Change of mind

If you purchase an item online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies.

To cancel an order, please email us within this period, stating your order number and that you wish to cancel. You must then return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when cancelling because you have changed your mind, unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to cover the cost.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Our products are made to order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, please email historyandlegendsuk@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the problem.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will process it in accordance with applicable consumer law, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise.

For cancellations covered by the statutory cooling-off period, refunds will normally be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever happens first.

Exchanges

As our products are made to order, we cannot routinely offer exchanges for a change of mind, colour preference or incorrect size choice. Please check the product description and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
